What do item conditions mean?

New with tags: The item is new and it still has its original manufacturer’s tags.

Like-New: The item was bought but never used.

Gently used: The item has been used a couple of times but it has no signs of wear and no flaws.

Signs of wear: The item has been used. It has signs of wear but is still usable and workable.

How do I search for items?

Searching for items is easy. Tap the Search button or Filter button on the Home page, fill in the search criteria, and you will get search results in seconds.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payments on the Reluxe platform. Our platform supports Apple Pay as well.

How do I edit my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page and select “Shipping & Billing” tab, then click the “Shipping address” button to access your shipping address page. Buyer can also edit the ship-to address for a specific order prior to a purchase. Seller can edit his/her ship-from address when listing an item.

What do I need to do after receiving my order?

After you’ve received your order and the item is as described in the listing, you need to confirm your receipt by going to the “Purchase history” page, selecting the respective order and item, and then tapping the “Confirm receipt” button on the respective Item purchased page. If the order contains multiple items, you need to confirm receipt for each of the items. Once you have confirmed receipt of the item, fund will be released to Seller. Please confirm your receipt promptly so that Seller can get paid.

How do I rate Seller?

After you have confirmed receipt of your item, you’ll be directed to the Seller rating page. This is your opportunity to share your thoughts with Seller and other users, making an impact on the community and your future experience. If you don’t rate the Seller, we’ll automatically rate the Seller on your behalf, so please speak up.

How do I return an item?

If the item delivered to the Buyer is not as described on our Services, Buyer may request a return by contacting the Seller within 3 days after the item delivery to arrange a return and get a replacement or refund. In case of refund, Seller informs us about his/her consent and we’ll process the refund after then; a cancellation fee may apply to Seller’s account to cover payment processing and other services provided by our third parties.

How do I cancel an order or item?

Cancellation of item listing or transaction is not permitted after the item has been purchased or ordered by Buyer. However, Reluxe may allow you to cancel the transaction in limited circumstances.

If the item has been purchased but hasn’t been shipped by Seller, Buyer may request to cancel the order or item by going to the “Purchase history” page, selecting the respective order and item, and then clicking on the “Request to cancel” button on the respective Item purchased page. If Seller agrees with the cancellation request, Seller taps the “Agree to cancel” button on the respective “Item to ship” page. There will be a cancellation fee to cover payment processing and other services provided by our third parties, and Buyer authorizes Reluxe to deduct this cancellation fee from its refund amount.

If Seller must cancel the item listing or transaction after the item has been ordered by Buyer (such as due to product unavailability etc.), Seller can go to the “Items to ship” page, select respective item, and then click the “Cancel order” button on all the applicable “Item to ship” pages of the order that Seller would like to cancel. There will be a cancellation fee to cover payment processing and other services provided by our third parties, and Seller authorises Reluxe to deduct this cancellation fee from Seller’s account balance.

If the item delivered to the Buyer is not as described on our Services, Buyer may request a return by contacting the Seller within 3 days after the item delivery to arrange a return and get a replacement or refund. In case of refund, Seller informs us about their consent and we’ll process the refund after then. A cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and other services provided by our third parties, and Seller authorizes Reluxe to deduct this cancellation fee from Seller’s account balance.

The cancellation fee amount is $0.8 and 5% of the transaction value for the item priced above $30. For the item priced at $30 or below, the cancellation fee is $2.5 per item, and if the order uses a prepaid shipping label, there will be a charge of 5% of the shipping fee in addition to the above. A refund will be credited back to Buyer in the Buyer’s original form of payment.

Shipping fee

Shipping fee will depend on size (volume and weight) of the item as provided by Seller, delivery address and shipping method. Seller has the options to buy pre-paid shipping label through Reluxe or ship on their own. For more information, please read the Shipping Guides.
