How do I create an account?

You can create an account when you download the Reluxe app and sign up. We allow our users to create one account each.

How do I edit my profile?

You can edit your profile by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page, then going to “My profile information” page. Including a photo and introduction about yourself helps others connect with you more easily.

How do I manage app notifications?

You can manage app notifications by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page, then going to “Settings” to adjust your notification setting accordingly.

How do I manage my location setting?

You can edit location setting by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page, then going to “Settings” to change your location setting accordingly.

How do I edit my shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page and select “Shipping & Billing” tab, then click the “Shipping address” button to access your shipping address page. Buyer can also edit the ship-to address for a specific order prior to a purchase. Seller can edit his/her ship-from address when listing an item.

Where do I create or edit my payment account?

You can create or edit your payment account on the “Payment method” page. Access this page by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page, then going to “Shipping & Billing” page, and clicking on the “Payment method” button.
