This policy describes the privacy practices of Reluxe Co Pty Ltd. with respect to information that we collect about individuals through our Reluxe mobile applications, websites and other Services (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you understand and agree to the collection, use and disclosure this Privacy Policy describes, which is part of our overall Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party services such as Facebook, Google, or other third party service providers and our commercial partners. How third party services use and store your information is governed solely by their own policies. We are not responsible for their information, content and practices. We recommend you review privacy policies of any third party service you access carefully so that you know how they collect and use your information.

When you register for, use, or interact with our Services, we may collect personal information from you to provide and continuously improve our Services. The information that we may collect from you includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Contact information, such as your name, your email and mailing address, and your phone number.
- Financial information, such as your credit card and/ or bank account information, details regarding the payment you made through Services, and your billing address when completing an order.
- Shipping information, such as your shipping address and shipping selection.

When you create your Reluxe account by connecting through third party services such as Facebook or Google, or when you link your Reluxe account with these third party services, you authorize us to access certain information such as name, email and profile photo from such connected accounts, which we may store and use to complete your Reluxe profile. Connecting to third party services is completely optional. How third party services use and store your data is governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their information, content and practices. Please review third party services’ privacy policies and terms of services carefully.
- Your communications. When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communications for later reference. When we send you emails or messages, we may track whether you open them to help improve our Services and deliver more helpful messages to you later.
- Automated means of information collection. Like most applications and websites, our Services may incorporate technology such as Cookies to track user activity with the Services to improve user experience. We may combine this information with data from third party services such as Google Analytics to customize user experience. The cookies we use on our app and website do not hold any personal information about you. Where your personally identifiable information is required to be collected, the need for this information will be communicated clearly to you before you choose to provide your information. You may change your cookies preference by changing your browser settings. If you set your browser to reject cookies, certain browser-based app or website features may not be available to you or may not function properly. Reluxe primarily uses your personal information to provide, operate, and enhance the Services and your experience. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except for the following:

We may provide your personal information to our employees, contractors, commercial partners, service providers and agents to enable them to perform certain services for us, including, but not limited to, payment processing, technical support, order fulfillment and shipping. If you make a purchase from another user of the Services, we will provide your personal data such as name and shipping address to the Seller to enable him or her to fulfill the order.
- To enhance the Services or to provide you with additional services or features related to our Services. For example, if you use the Services through your mobile device, we may receive information about your location, which may help us to customize your user experience. You may prevent the Services from using your location information by turning the option off on your device.
- To promote or market the Services. For example, our Services may from time to time offer publicly-accessible customer reviews, testimonials or postings to help Reluxe grow. Any information you provide in these areas may be read or used by others who access them. If you would like to have your personal information removed from our postings or customer reviews, please contact us. In some cases, however, we may be unable to remove your personal information.
- To facilitate business partnerships with trusted partners, and to assess the effectiveness of the partnerships

- In connection with business reorganisation, merger or acquisition events. When developing business, we may buy or sell assets or businesses. In such events, personal information may be disclosed as part of the transferred assets.
We retain your personal information for as long as required in accordance with applicable law. We may retain your personal information to collect fees owed, resolve disputes, enforce the terms of this Privacy Policy or take other actions as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
3. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICE
Update personal information
You can review and update certain personal information at any time by logging into your Reluxe account and review your account profile and settings.
Opt out
If you no longer wish to receive our notifications or marketing messages, you may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by adjusting your Reluxe account settings. Please note that you may continue to receive service-related or other non-marketing messages.
Third party websites or services
If you choose to connect to the Services via third party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google), you may have the ability to limit the information that we may collect from the third party when you first connect to our Services using the third party’s authentication services, or by adjusting your account settings through the third-party platform.
Withdraw consent
You may withdraw consent you have provided to us by contacting us via the email address listed in the “Contact Reluxe” section below. Please note that by withdrawing your consent, you may not be able to access or use certain Services.
Delete account
You may request us to delete your account and associated information. Please note that we may be required to retain the information as required by law, or otherwise as necessary. We will delete your information after satisfying such requirements.
4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Information security
Reluxe takes precautions to protect information we collect from our Users. We implement technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. However, no Internet transmission is ever fully secure or error-free. Please note that messages sent through our Services are not encrypted. You should therefore take special care in deciding which information to send us via email and other electronic transmission.
Do Not Track Signals
Some Internet browsers such as Safari and Chrome have a “Do not Track” feature, which signals that a user does not want to have his or her online activities tracked. If a website responding to “Do not Track” signal receives the signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user. Our Services currently do not respond to “Do not Track” signals or similar features.
Children
Children under the age of 15 are not allowed to use our Services. Reluxe does not knowingly collect information from children under 15. If you are under the age of 15, please do not submit any personal information through our Services.
Changes to our privacy policy
Reluxe reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of this Privacy Policy at any time without further notice, by posting a revised version on this website, and, if required by law, notifying you by email or another manner through the Services. The revised version will become effective at the time of posting.
