Selling

Listing an item on Reluxe is easy. On the Home page, tap the camera button to open a new listing. Take photo of the item you want to sell with your phone, fill in the item’s information, set a price and then click the 'Done' button...

AR Try-on

You can use AR Try-on for various items. Upon signing up, you will receive a quick-guide notification showing some examples of using AR Try-on.

Buying

After you've received your order and the item is as described in the listing, you need to confirm your receipt by going to the 'Purchase history' page, selecting the respective order and item, and then tapping the 'Confirm receipt' button on the Item purchased page...

Search

You can search for people of your size by tapping the 'All people' button on the Home page, and then selecting a search option respectively...

Shipping

How you deliver the item to Buyer depends on the delivery option you chose when listing your item. Seller needs to ship the item as soon as possible within 3 days of the item purchase...

Account

You can edit your profile by tapping the Profile icon on the Home page, then going to 'My profile information' page. Including a photo and introduction about yourself helps others connect with you more easily...

Payment

Seller must have a payment account setup on the Reluxe platform before starting accepting payments. Failure to do so will cause Buyer to be unable to purchase the items and pay for them...

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation of item listing or transaction is not permitted after the item has been purchased or ordered by Buyer. However, you may be able to cancel the transaction in limited circumstances...
